We've been implementing systems for some of the world's largest companies since 2002. We are committed to delivering working systems on time and on budget.
Our preferred Software as a Service (SaaS) approach allows us to roll systems out quickly and with minimum involvement from your IT teams. Alternatively, we can implement your system 'on premise' if that's your preference - we also can talk you through the benefits and drawbacks of either approach.
Implementations can be managed remotely, but our global office network ensures we have people on the ground when required. We also have experience of working with implementation partners. We aren't tied to specific consultancies so we have the flexibility to work with your preferred partners, or provide objective recommendations of our own.
Your credit360 implementation team will work against a detailed project plan which will include regular reviews and stated milestones. Clearly defined roles and lines of communication across our respective teams will ensure a smooth and efficient implementation.
1. Start-up meeting
The first step is to carry-out a start-up meeting. This will be with your Account Manager and the Implementation team and can be conducted either in person or remotely depending on your preference. During this meeting we will discuss the history of Sustainability management at your organisation, your visions and goals for its future and how the system is going to help you to achieve those goals.
2. Define
One of the main outcomes of the start-up meeting is the Project Charter. This is a document that contains all of the information provided during the start-up meeting and defines the work that we will undertake to build and configure the credit360 platform to meet your Sustainability management needs - from importing historic data through to the training requirements.
3. Plan
The second output from the start-up meeting is the Project Plan. This is a detailed breakdown of the tasks involved in delivering the system specified in the Project Charter, when they need to be done, who is going to be doing them and how long we estimate they will take to complete. This ensures we can deliver the projects in a timely manner.
4. Configure
During the configuration phase, our team of experienced Sustainability & Implementation consultants will work through the defined tasks. These may include importing historic data, configuring data collection forms, building database connectors to feed data from 3rd party applications, uploading users, etc... The process is entirely collaborative: we can involve you and your team as much or as little as you would like.
5. Test
During configuration there will be several milestones reached. As each milestone is achieved we require you to verify the work that we have done meets your requirements and to provide any feedback that we might need to implement.
6. Training
We have tried and tested training packages to bring your users up to speed. We can deliver training online, or in person, and provide courses for each level of user - from data provider right up to system administrator. Alternatively if you want to manage your own training, we can 'train the trainer'.
7. Go Live!
Once the configuration and training are complete - then you are ready to Go Live. Training can, of course, still be conducted after the Go Live! and we frequently carry-out staged Go Lives where we might be implementing and Environmental and Community Involvement system in parallel. From this point forward we look to conduct regular catch-up meetings with your team and your account manager.
Once your system is up and running we have tried and tested training packages to bring your users up to speed. We can deliver training online, or in person, and provide courses for each level of user - from data provider right up to system administrator. Alternatively if you want to manage your own training, we can train you through our 'train the trainer' programme.
We have delivered training to clients with as few as 10 users and as many as 1,000.
You will be assigned a dedicated account manager to assist you in any variety of tasks, from reconfigurations of your system (new indicators or locations), report creation or custom technical development. We also have monthly catch-up calls with you to ensure you are getting the most out of your system.
We provide you with all of the tools and the training to manage your own system. You decide how much support time you use based on the way you want your system to be managed. Your account manager is available as an expert resource to assist you in this ongoing process.
